We went to pick up our beef today. Brookview farm meat and BBQ finished processing the beef. We ended up with bulk hamburger, patties, club t-bone, sirloin, round, swiss, cube steak, rump roast, and sirloin tips. It should last for awhile. Thanks again to Steve Solys for donating the 150 pounds of beef to us.
