Matching Tattoos...

Crystal and I went and got matching tattoos to celebrate us being friends for 20 years! We got there at like 10:15 am and didn't leave till 3:30 pm. It was Crystal's very first Tattoo. I have been trying to get her to get one for at least 10yrs. Finally she got one and it was really great how it all came together. We now have what teenagers call "Tramp Stamps" because we got it on our lower backs but hey! we're ok with it. It turned out to be a beauitful butterfly. The tattoo artist we had was Awesome!In fact he is drawing me up this design that I explained to him and I'm going to check it out tomorrow. I'm really excited and can't wait to see what it's going to look like. It's in memory of my mom. I know this artist is just the right person for this. I know it's going to be beauitful...just like my mom. Not too much pressure for the tattoo artist but I think he can handle it. Crystal and I had a wonderful bonding moment and something we can share for the rest of our lives. I took her way out of her comfort zone but that's why she loves me! I'm so proud of you Crystal and so lucky to have you in my life. We ended the day with a margarita and me calling her mom to tell her "CRYSTAL GOT A TATTOO AND IT'S ALL MY FAULT!" Hahahaha. It's Something I wouldn't have done if we were teenagers.
