How Rumors can get out of control...

Saturday night Chuck and I went out with Crystal to see her husband's band play. It was this little bar. We sat down, had some drink and watched Joe play. Well, Chuck decided he wanted something to eat and the bar had no food. On the table they had a card that said you could order pizza that was around the corner. So, Chuck decided to order pizza. He got on his cell phone and was ordering...stepped outside because he couldn't hear and needed the address. Well...the next thing you know the whole bar is in a bad mood. We noticed people stepping outside to smoke instead of smoking inside. Well...this Rumor started around the bar that Chuck called in saying that people were smoking in the bar. The whole bar was pissed off at Chuck. We found out about this Rumor and Chuck went and got everyone straight. Letting them know that he was just ordering pizza. How crazy is that!! Your going along paying attention to your own bussiness and then crazy Rumors get started about you. Guess it goes to show how paranoid people can get when they are breaking the law. It's a stupid law and just another way for the government to take control over us. Anyways it makes for a great story to tell.
