STRESS!!!!!!!

My life feels like the weather here in Ohio. It's up and down and just plain crappy! My stress level is out the window!! I try to picture myself at the top of this mountain where everything is sunny and calm. I was there once... it's a mountain that over looks the valley of Phoenix. I had an overwhelming sense of peace there. I would love to be sitting there right now...I can feel the warm sun beaming on me... with a light breeze flowing through my hair. Nothing but sunshine and bright blue skies. It's so quiet and peaceful...u can hear the birds singing this most beauitful song. Then, suddenly, I'm snapped back into reality as one of my children say MOM!! Thank God! for those moments where we can imagine ourselves someplace sunny and quiet. What would we do without those moments?
