Is it YES or NO?

Yesterday, we met the investor that is lending us the other half on the house we want to buy. He was a very cool character and really easy going. We made an offer of $30,000 hoping the bank will take it. We should find out today. If they accepted the offer, we should have the closing in about 2 to 3 weeks. Then, we can start working on our house. We are going to try and stay here in this house for as long as we can while fixing the other house. It's got some awesome wood work, that was covered up by white paint. So, we can't wait to show the wood's true color. My kids have already tried to pick out their bedrooms. This house is really huge. It has 7 bedrooms 6 baths in the main house. In the apartment it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a kitchen and living room. The basement is huge too but not finished. We are hoping to finish the basement and turn that into bedrooms too.The whole family is pretty excited. So, I'll let everyone know if they accepted the offer.
